Mimesis Power Projects Pvt. Ltd. is the flagship company of Mimesis Group of Companies. The company is incorporated in 2012 and is actively involved in exploration of renewable energy by utilising the hydro energy source, since then. The sister concern, M/s. Sarovara Energy Pvt Ltd. has successfully commissioned 1.258 MW of installed capacity small hydro projects in Raichur District.
Mimesis group is involved in identification, planning, evaluation and development of Solar and Small Hydro projects in Karnataka.
Mimesis group is headed by Mr. Sudhir Kumar, who has extensive exposure, understanding in power sector especially in renewable energy and carrying the respective proficiency for the past 7 years. We have successfully commissioned Agrahara Mini Hydel Scheme – I & II of capacity 1.25MW (700kW+550kW) small hydro projects in Raichur District, under our sister concern, M/s. Sarovara Energy Pvt Ltd.
Over the years, Mimesis Group has employed the senior management personal having vast and latest knowledge in Project management and construction technology. Constant improvisation and up-gradation is a mandate, both in terms of equipment and knowledge with short-term and long-term approach to business goals.

ABOUT THE PROMOTERS:
Project Ownership Structure:The project is being implemented by the promoters of Mimesis Group of companies comprising of Sarovara Energy Company Pvt. Ltd, Mimesis Hydel Projects Pvt. Ltd, Mimesis Power Projects Pvt. Ltd, Mimesis Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. and Mimesis Projects Pvt. Ltd. Mimesis Group is involved in the business of exploring of renewable energy from renewable sources like hydro, solar and other renewable energy sources since 2007. With an objective of expanding their business, the Promoters of both the Group companies have promoted Mimesis Power Projects Pvt. Ltd., an exclusive company for Hydro Power generation.
Promotors Details:Mr. C. Sudhir Kumar – Managing Director, is a Post Graduate in Business Management. He is a Promoter and Managing Director of Mimesis group of companies. Further he is involved in real estate business.
Mrs. Shwetha Sudhir – Director, is a graduate in Commerce. She is a Director of Mimesis group of companies.
